Can I return a final sale item?

The withdrawal period is 14 days. 
Please contact us at contact@fkawobazaar.com within 14 days of purchase and include your order number in the subject line of the e-mail, 
Returns and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are made upon receipt of the returned package.

Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Items cannot be returned as shipping and customs fees are too high. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I get a refund?

If your item arrives damaged or defective we will only send a replacement, please contact us at contact@fkawobazaar.com within 14 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.  

How do I track my parcel?

Delivery is made with a tracking number which will be sent to the customer by e-mail so that they can follow the progress of their order. You can then track your order by clicking on the link or by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website corresponding to your order.

FAQ Products

How are the baskets made?

The baskets are rigid, woven from reed straw and recycled plastic.
The baskets are hand-woven exclusively by women. A large basket can take 4 to 5 days to weave.

How to care of my basket?

It can be cleaned with a damp cloth and no chemicals products.
If it has been overloaded and is leaning, you can turn it over and gently tap the sagging side.
If there's a problem with the plastic wires, you can contact us and we'll send you a repair kit.

How are baskets mesured?

Main measurements are taken with the hats.
Detailed measurements are shown in the product photo carousel.
The diameter Ø, represents the width of the largest measurement of the circle.
The work is handcrafted, so there may be variations of +/_ 10%.

Why this prices ?

• It's important to us to offer top-of-the-range products, and this requires a great deal of time to check and prepare them for the big trip.
• The baskets are very large, so transport is an important factor. They come from remote areas, and from cart to plane, they cover a long distance.
• The craftsmen are paid fair value.
• We try to offset the carbon impact of transport by planting trees in the Shael.

How long can I rely on my basket?

As long as it stays in a dry place, isn't overloaded and isn't scratched by the cat, we still have baskets that hold up perfectly after 20 years. It's an eco responsible product that's handmade with useful materials.
